Thank you for the wonderful job you and your crew did at the Disneyland Entertainment Division, Show Services Department Annual Banquet. You were very flexible and cooperative with scheduling a date and with your menu. Your prices were reasonable, especially considering the fact that no one went away hungry! Your servers were friendly and quick! Most of all, your food was delicious and blended well with the theme of our party. I am still receiving compliments on your food! I would have no reservations about utilizing your service again in the future. There have been so many favorable comments from our guests. Everything was prepared and presented in great style following the theme. The tropical decorations added tremendously to the mood. Besides the very delicious entrees on the buffet table, the delectable chocolate cake was beautifully decorated with a tropical scene, include palms, flowers and a fantasy ocean. Your servers, Jose and Jamie are to be commended for the super job they did. besides doing their job well, they were also very pleasant to everyone. The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) employees are still talking about what a wonderful time they had at this years Bus Roadeo. A big part of the praise is for what a wonderful job Spectacular Catering did in serving 1600 hungry Coach Operators. Not a single employee went hungry seven though we had 400 more guest than originally expected.
